The event, which was held on November 2018, is in its 12th year and was created to celebrate remarkable content contributions. A total of 35 publishing companies and 180 industry stakeholders attended the award ceremony at the One Farrer Hotel in Singapore.
Ink’s Silkwinds Editor and the We Create Content team opted for a different approach for this video, which gives SilkAir passengers a unique editorial insight into Hanoi by introducing them to the ‘designers transforming Vietnam’s capital’.
"It was a real honour to pick up this award and a testament to the hard work that both Ink and We Create Content put into creating a truly unique insight into Hanoi. It was especially rewarding as it was the first time that Ink has been recognised for their video work,” said Silkwinds’ Nick Measures.
“By focusing on the city’s strong design aesthetic, through coverage of some of the city’s most exciting bars, restaurants and stores and the people behind them, the video was able to capture the distinctive essence of the city, while examining the exhilarating crossroads that Hanoi currently occupies.
The Hanoi video was the second video in a series of content marketing pieces by We Create Content for Ink and SilkAir, as Vietnam’s capital becomes of increasing interest as a holiday destination to regional audiences in Southeast Asia.
